What this covers
The Comfort Care plan is our maintenance membership: a fall tune-up and a spring cooling check, priority scheduling ahead of non-members, no service-call fees all year, 10% off any repair, and a documented service history that protects warranty claims on newer equipment. New members get the first six months free — no card on file, no auto-billing trick: at the end of the free period we call, tell you what the plan saved you, and you decide whether to continue. Most do; some don't; nobody gets charged by surprise.
