About Oakline Heating & Air

Oakline Home Services LLC trades as Oakline Heating & Air: an independent heating service company based on Sawmill Road in Columbus, Ohio, repairing furnaces, boilers and water heaters across central Ohio since 2015.

The company started with one van and a grievance: heating service in Columbus had drifted into call-out roulette — diagnostic fees discovered after the fact, repair prices that changed once the panel was open, and "free tune-ups" that existed to sell new systems. We built the firm the other way around: prices published, quotes firm and approved before work, and a genuinely free tune-up program that loses us money some years and earns us customers every year.

Today the team runs nine technicians, a boiler specialty we are known for across the northwest side, and a 24/7 no-heat line that is answered by a person. We are not owned by an equipment distributor and carry no replacement commissions — the only thing we sell is the repair in front of us.

We are a registered Ohio LLC, fully licensed and insured, and every repair carries a one-year parts-and-labor warranty in writing. If the same fault comes back, we come back — that is the whole business model.
